Abstract
The article examines the analysis of organ donation from the perspective of Islamic Sharia. Thanks to the achievements of modern medicine, organ transplantation has become necessary to save human life. However, Sharia law plays an important role in this matter. According to Sharia, the human body is considered the property of God, so the issue of using its parts is a very delicate religious issue and requires study based on Sharia.
The study examines the Islamic principles and ethical standards of organ donation. Islam attaches particular importance to human life and health, and the purpose of donation is to save the life of another person. In addition, the opinions of various Islamic scholars on this topic, issues of jurisprudence and the conditions under which organ donation is permissible are analyzed.
