Abstract

The article explores the resilience of the core principles of Islam and their impact on the political, legal, and cultural frameworks of Muslim societies. It emphasizes the role of Sharia as a comprehensive normative system that encompasses both legal and spiritual dimensions. The study focuses on key concepts such as Maqasid al-Sharia (objectives of Islamic law) and Tazkiyat al-Nafs (spiritual purification), highlighting their significance in shaping individual conduct and state governance.
